The
District Leadership Team values the
opportunity to serve the district in a variety of
ways. The work is exciting while at the same
time
challenging.
There is
great joy in
participating
and
celebrating
with
congregations
in moments of mission and vision, in transition
and change. These moments also include
uncertainty and question, sometimes fear and
anxiety. It is the Leadership Team’s desire to
engage with the district in all of these various
capacities in the most helpful and fruitful means
possible. Therefore, we are calling for a
Districtwide
day of prayer and fasting, that we might
together seek the mind of Christ for our work
and ministry. We are asking the district to join
with the Leadership Team on
Ash Wednesday,
February 18, for this time of prayer and fasting.
